To maintain the high quality of our peer-review process and publication standards, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with manuscript handling, peer review, editing, and publication.

Waiver Policy

We understand that publication fees can be a barrier for some authors. We offer APC waivers in the following circumstances:
 
  • Authors from low-income countries (as defined by World Bank)
  • Students and early-career researchers with limited funding
  • Authors facing financial hardship
  • Invited articles and special issue contributions
